A moped rider was seriously injured in a collision with a pickup truck Friday morning just outside High Point.
Jorge Torres was seriously injured when Zachary Armstrong, driving a pickup truck, took an illegal left turn and hit the moped he was riding. Armstrong was not hurt. Check back for more updates.
