52-year-old driver injured in a single-truck crash due to a medical event on Interstate 94 in Medina, North Dakota

Shortly after 9 pm, the 2018 International truck, driven by the Bismarck resident, was traveling westbound on I-94 when the driver experienced a medical event, resulting in a loss of control. The semi veered off the roadway, entering the median and colliding with a guardrail. The vehicle eventually came to rest facing southeast in the median.
