Names Released in Fatal Motorized Tricycle Accident Near Bismarck

The crash of a motorized tricycle on I-94 has killed a Mandan woman 14 miles east of Bismarck. The Highway Patrol says 64-year-old Sandra Renken was a passenger on a Harley Davidson tricycle driven by a 65-year-old Gerald Renken.He was injured in the crash and taken to a hospital in Bismarck. The patrol says the trike went in the ditch for an unknown reason about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and overturned. She was wearing a helmet and the man was not.
