Driver who died in fiery Rocky River crash identified

Jessie was speeding east on Lake Road near Cornwall Road about 3:30 a.m. and lost control of his 1998 BMW, Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said. The car struck a concrete wall, spun around, crashed into a home, flipped upside down and burst into flames, investigators said.
An unidentified driver was likely speeding when they were eastbound on Lake Road and left the roadway at the intersection with Cornwall Road. The car first struck a concrete wall before rotating and crashing into a house, where it flipped upside-down and caught fire. The driver was killed, and has been difficult to identify due to the severity of their burns. One person was in the house at the time, but they were uninjured.
