An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that a 2021 Ford pickup truck was traveling south on U.S. Highway 271 shortly before 1:30 a.m. when it left the road and struck a guardrail. The pickup truck then left the road to the right, went through another guardrail and crashed into a body of water.
