According to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report, a 2013 Chrysler 300 was heading west on State Highway 22 around 11:30 a.m. near Caddo when the vehicle left the road to the right, struck a small tree, vaulted across a creek and hit an embankment on the other side.
