State police at Warren said Jordan A. Ayala, 18, was driving his 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt at a high rate of speed along Old Route 77 in Spring Creek when he lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into an embankment, became airborne, flipped, crashed into a tree and came to rest upside down.
