Nearly two dozen students are being checked out at local hospitals after a school bus crash in eastern Pennsylvania. The accident was reported shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday on Route 222 in Richmond Township, near Kutztown. Fleetwood police said the bus was transporting students back to Reading-Muhlenberg Vocational-Technical School after a field trip at the Crayola museum in Easton. Fire and rescue officials said 10 students complaining of injuries were transported by ambulance to three area hospitals. Another 13 students were taken by bus to a hospital to be checked out as a precaution. School officials described all of the injuries as minor. The driver of the bus was not injured. The crash involved one other vehicle but details weren't immediately available.
