For an unknown reason, Moss’s pickup truck veered into the oncoming lane and struck a southbound sport utility vehicle nearly head-on. The driver of the SUV was able to stop it before impact, he said.
Moss, and a 59-year-old woman and her 20-year-old daughter in the SUV, were taken to Lancaster General Hospital with “moderate” injuries, Weaver said. Moss is being cited with a lane violation.
