Juliann O'Malley, 52, was killed in a head-on collision with a tractor-trailer on Route 30 in Paradise Township, Pennsylvania

The crash happened on Route 30/Lincoln Highway East in Paradise Township around noon. PSP said Juliann O'Malley, 52, of Ronks, was driving a 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo east when she lost control, went onto the grassy shoulder and then crossed over into the oncoming lane. The Monte Carlo hit a tractor-trailer head-on.
