Joshua Overly was killed after his pickup crashed a tractor-trailer on St. Route 31.

A 29-year-old man was killed early this morning in a two-vehicle crash in Westmoreland County. Joshua Overly, of Ruffsdale, died after his pick-up truck and a tractor trailer crashed about 2 a.m. on Route 31 in East Huntingdon near Hockey Road, according to the Westmoreland County coroner's office. Pennsylvania State Police in the Greensburg barracks are investigating, but early reports indicate that speed was a factor, a deputy coroner said.
