Richard Blauser, 74, was injured in a two-vehicle rear-end collision on Route 422 in Butler Township, Pennsylvania

Blauser allegedly did not see traffic in front of him had stopped for construction and he rear-ended a vehicle driven by an Ohio woman. Blauser was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Two occupants in the other vehicle also had minor injuries but did not need medical treatment.
