The name is expected to be released late Monday pending further confirmation of the identity.

Aspers man dies in weekend crash, vehicle fire

Starner, 23, died from smoke and thermal injuries, according to the coroner's office.
One person is killed in a car crash in Butler Township, Adams County. According to Police, the car was traveling north on Old Carlisle Road when the driver lost control and veered onto the right side of the roadway, brought the car back onto the road, then glided into the southbound lane. The car then left the road, hit a tree and a mailbox before smashing a second tree and coming back on the roadway, according to investigators. The vehicle caught on fire and the driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
