Victoria Callahan of Missing Dogs Massachusetts[2] is helping the Ryan family locate Kacy. Ryan said the non-profit organization set up a kennel in the front yard of his house in hopes that Kacy finds her way home -- or that someone drops her off.
“If somebody does have her, they can go and bring her there,” said Callahan, who volunteers for the organization.
