Highway 41 shut down following fatal accident
Officials are on the scene of an accident on Highway 41 Southbound between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck, according to Williamsburg County Fire Chief Randy Swinton.

Lance Corporal Sonny Collins of the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the 2016 pickup truck James was driving was traveling south on the highway when he hit the rear of an empty log truck that was also traveling south.
