A driver and passenger inside a vehicle that struck a tree Thursday night have died following a police chase, the York County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies responded to calls regarding the incident around 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, near Harper Gault Road near Oakdale Road by Rock Hill.
