Troopers say William Taylor, 32, was driving east on Dobys Bridge Road, when he drove off the left side of the road and struck a Volkswagen head-on. The 36-year-old driver of the Volkswagen was pronounced dead at the scene. Taylor was not injured. This accident remains under investigation.
