Officers and EMS workers who responded to the wreck at 11:38 p.m. Thursday found the deceased man had been thrown from his vehicle. The York County Coroner’s office later identified the man as Alvin Chisholm, age 38, a resident of Chester County who was pronounced dead at the scene.
