IRMO, SC (WACH)-The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that killed one person and sent another to the hospital.

Deangelo Javion Vaquar Lewis, 24, died at the scene when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree, said Richland County Coroner Gary Watts, adding Lewis lived on Kennerly Road.
