Alexander, the driver and lone occupant of a Nissan Altima, stopped with other vehicles near the 88 mile marker in the northbound passing lane of I-85 due to construction at approximately 10:22 p.m. While stopped, Alexander was rear ended by a 2018 Volvo tractor-trailer being driven by Parks.
