South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers say the crash happened around 12:05 p.m. on West Duncan Road at US-25. Troopers said a 2017 Dodge Ram Pickup truck was traveling east on West Duncan Road when a bicyclist traveling north on the sidewalk tried to cross Duncan Road.
