Coroner identifies pedestrian killed in Horry County Sunday night
At this time no charges will be filed against the driver, according to troopers, because it appears the pedestrian was in the roadway illegally.
A pedestrian was killed on an Horry County road Sunday evening. Luis Martinez, 39, died after being hit by a Chevy Cavalier on Shetland Lane at about 11 p.m. Sunday. Martinez was pronounced deceased at the site from multiple trauma.
