A head-on traffic crash between two cars on Hixson Pike Friday stopped traffic as first responders attended to those involved.
Chattanooga man convicted for drunk driving homicide
On Monday, Criminal Court Judge Barry Steeleman accepted a guilty plea from Stephens on one count of vehicular homicide, one count of DUI and two counts of reckless aggravated assault.
A head-on crash occured in the 6800 block of Hixson Pike near the Chattanooga city/Hamilton County boundaries. Emergency teams from several agencies responded. Both vehicles were seriously damaged, but how many people were involved and the state of their injuries is not known.
