According to the THP report, 57-year-old Thomas Rogers was driving eastbound when he tried to get over into another lane, hitting a 2002 Honda Odyssey van.
Rogers reportedly hit the van on the driver's side, causing the van to go into a ditch, overturn and hit several trees.
