According to a KPD news release, a silver 2003 Honda CRV, driven by Jamie Jason Hodge, 42, of Kingsport, was eastbound on Stone Drive in the far right lane. A pedestrian, identified as Charles F. Garrett, 56, of Bristol, Tenn., was crossing Stone Drive in a north to south direction.
