The two woman were killed when Lira cut off a semitrailer as she tried making a u-turn on Artcraft Road near Upper Valley Road.

Both women were from Sundland Park, NM. Officials were also able to identify the driver of the semitruck to be Michael Thomas Denney, 30 years of age.
