Bicyclist killed on Richmond road; hit-and-run driver sought
Officers responded to the 5600 block of Hull Street, near the Food Lion, around 10:19 p.m. Friday. There police found a man who'd been hit by a vehicle as he rode his bicycle.

As a result, police said 28-year-old Sharico Tashae Booker, of the 2200 block of Joplin Avenue in Richmond, was charged with felony hit and run resulting in death and no operator’s license.
