Bobby Ray Mosley Jr., 32, was a passenger in a 2011 Kia that was traveling east on 460, less than a mile west of Route 662 (Oxford Furnace Road), when the car ran off the left side of the road around 5:25 a.m., hit an embankment and overturned, Virginia State Police said in a news release.
