1 dead, 1 injured in head-on crash in Galax

A man died and another man was injured in a head-on crash in Galax Saturday afternoon. 
George Monroe Justice, 54, of Galax, was killed in the collision on Country Club Lane, also known as Route 904. The driver of the other vehicle involved was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Justice was driving northbound on Country Club Lane when he exited the road and crossed into the southbound lane.
