Series of crashes on I-95 involving 20 vehicles send nine to hospitals
The first crash occurred at approximately 11:43 a.m. on I-95 northbound at the 120.6 mile marker, according to Virginia State Police. The series of crashes began with a two-car crash that slowed traffic. Following that crash, state police determined that a total of four separate crashes occurred.
