Fairfax County Police officials say the four-car crash happened just before 8:15 a.m. near Sunrise Valley Drive, where a car crossed the median and hit oncoming traffic.
At least one person had to be removed from their wrecked car, but no one suffered serious injures. Three victims were taken to nearby hospitals for evaluation, officials say.
