It all happened in the Town of Shenandoah in Page County at North 5th Street. Police responded to the call around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 22. Shenandoah Police said a Jeep Cherokee was waiting to make a left turn on Fifth Street when the driver of the BMW tried to go around the Jeep.
