The wreck happened at 6:07 a.m. near the intersection of Killarney Drive when the driver of a 2017 Toyota Camry, a 21-year-old Springfield woman, was traveling north in the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2015 Toyota Corolla traveling south, police said.
