A motorcyclist died after a collision in Everett Sunday afternoon, police said.

A motorcyclist died after a collision in Everett Sunday afternoon, police said. Police responded to a report of a crash that happened in the 4900 block of northbound Evergreen Way before 3 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a 36-year-old motorcyclist severely injured. He was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. According to police, a motorcycle was traveling southbound when a vehicle was turning left, in front of the motorcycle, into the QFC parking lot. The motorcyclist tried to stop but collided with the car. Everett police stated that there were no other injuries. Police said it is unknown if alcohol, drugs or speed were factors in the collision.
