I was on the train that
I was on the train that struck to individual this morning. The victim ran in front of the train either in an attempt to cross to the Southbound side of Othello station, or a willful act of suicide. There are signs that tell pedistridans to look both ways before crossing and the train is well lit and extremely visible.
This accident was not due to operater error.
