According to the sheriff's office, several people were riding inside the UTV near a canal when the vehicle rolled over. The Benton County Coroner's Office has identified the victim at 34 year-old Nadine Locate. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday because the crash is under investigation for potential criminal charges.
