11-year-old girl injured in crash near Cle Elum

CLE ELUM, Wash. — An 11-year-old Idaho girl was injured when the car she was riding in left Interstate 90 and crashed through elk fencing Sunday morning. The Washington State Patrol said Laiana Woodard of Shoshone, Idaho, was taken to Kittitas Valley Healthcare Hospital in Ellensburg after the 5 a.m. crash seven miles east of Cle Elum. She was treated and released.
