Driver dies after crashing into semi during Eastern Wash. police chase
The driver of a car that smashed head-on into a semi truck while being pursued by deputies near Pasco in Eastern Washington has died of his injuries. The driver, identified as 28-year-old Ricky Cruz, passed away at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, the Washington State Patrol said.
