Grandview Man Faces DUI Charges After Accident on I-82

The other driver, 55-year-old Mihail Jecov from Spokane, walked away from the accident with no injuries. 

Shortly before 11:00pm, Miguel-Chaves, who police say was under the influence of alcohol, was driving the wrong way in eastbound lanes of I-82, and collided with a Volvo semi-truck driven by Mihail Jecov, 55. Miguel-Chavez was injured, treated at the hospital, and released before being booked into Benton County Jail on charges of DUI. Jecov was uninjured.
