The car’s 28-year- old passenger and the swather’s driver were not injured in the collision, the sheriff’s office said.
A 50-year-old White Swan man was injured when his car crashed into a swather being driven on North Brownstown Road on Saturday morning. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the accident, just north of Branch Road, at 6:24 a.m., according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. The swather was being driven southbound on North Brownstown Road without a pilot car when it was hit by the man’s car, which was heading north. The machine’s width extended over the centerline of the road. The man was transported to a local hospital for treatment of possible broken vertebrae. His passenger and the swather’s driver were uninjured.
