Patrol: Juveniles injured in Yakima DUI crash

DUI charges are pending, the release says.

A 44-year-old Yakima man is facing charges after a crash that sent two juvenile passengers to the hospital with injuries. Robert Spencer was traveling eastbound on 16th Avenue Friday evening at approximately 7:45 p.m. when his Ford F150 pickup exited the road and crashed into a cable barrier. The juveniles were transported to Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. All occupants involved were wearing seat belts.
