Family members told KAPP-KVEW 26-year-old Carollee Fisher was walking on South 40th Avenue on Monday afternoon when she attempted to cross Tieton Drive using the crosswalk and was struck by a car. Police said the car was being driven by a 64-year-old man, who told officers he didn’t see the woman.
