According to Sgt. C.F. Kane with the West Virginia State Police Turnpike Detachment, the driver of sedan was traveling south when they lost control, crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a rock wall.
West Virginia State Police say I-77 crash victim was a child
Sgt. C.F. Kane with the Turnpike Detachment of State Police said the victim was a 4-year-old boy from Kentucky.
