Pleasant Prairie police seek vehicle after hit-and-run crash involving two motorcycles
Police say the suspect vehicle is a red or maroon four-door Dodge, possibly an Avenger, with black rims.
The vehicle should have heavy front end damage with a cracked windshield on the passenger side.
The vehicle should have an Illinois license plate starting with X71 or X31.
Police say a passenger in the vehicle is described as a 25 to 30-year-old black female with short hair, wearing a red shirt with gold writing on it.
