Riverton man facing vehicular homicide charge after crash

The Riverton Ranger reports 21-year-old Shawn Pendleton was arrested last week in connection with the Jan. 29 crash that killed 38-year-old Dana J. Trujillo and injured another passenger. Investigators say Pendleton was driving drunk west of Riverton when his truck went off the dirt road and rolled at least once. He was arrested at a home near the crash site. A man who answered the phone at the Fremont County jail Wednesday night said Pendleton is still in custody, but he could not say if the suspect has hired an attorney.
