One man is killed after crashing into a U-Haul truck at a Philadelphia intersection that neighbors describe as "dangerous."

Police sources state that the man who died was driving a stolen car when he went through a stop sign at Princeton and Summerdale Avenues in the city's Oxford Circle section.

The driver of that car, who hasn't yet been identified, died at the scene after hitting the U-Haul.

The driver of the U-Haul truck was taken to the hospital and treated for head, neck and back injuries. He is currently in stable condition.

Three members of singer Willie Nelson's band have been hurt when their bus hit a bridge pillar in East Texas during rainy conditions.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says Nelson was not aboard in the weather-related accident before dawn Saturday on Interstate 30 near Sulphur Springs.

The T.D.P.S. says seven people were on the westbound bus, including the driver.

59-year-old man riding in a Tucson bicycle race is dead after a collision with a vehicle.

The Northwest Fire District tates says John S. Henderson of Tucson died Saturday at the scene of the crash -- on the eastbound frontage road of Interstate 10 near Sunset Road.

Henderson was participating in the El Tour de Tucson bicycle race.

Goldberg's statement didn't contain any information on how the crash occurred.

He says the driver of the car was taken to a hospital, but there was no word on his injuries.

Phoenix police are investigating a car crash that killed two people near 83rd Avenue and Durango Road, according to officials.

The collision involved two SUVs and a smaller vehicle.

The two drivers of the SUVs died at the scene, while the driver of the car was transported to a nearby hospital.

Traffic traveling north and south bound on these roadways are closed until further notice, Phoenix police spokesman Tommy Thompson said.

Police have identified the woman killed in a three-vehicle crash on Route 2 in Gill over the weekend.

28-year-old Theresa Pendleton of Erving was pronounced dead at Baystate Franklin Medical Center after the crash at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday.

Six occupants of an SUV her car collided with were also taken to the hospital, but released later that night. Pendleton was alone in her vehicle.

A third car involved suffered minor damages and three occupants were unhurt.

A 32-year-old Trinity man died early Saturday from injuries sustained in an accident that occurred on a construction site. Michael G. Pavlak was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. According to a Tampa Police Department report the deceased was working with a crew on the Crosstown Expressway when he was struck by a dump truck. The incident occurred at approximately 4:45 a.m. The death is being classified as an industrial accident.

Investigators in Dearborn are working to identify a man who was killed when his car was struck early this morning on I-94. The man was headed east near Greenfield Road when his 1996 Plymouth was struck about 3:05 a.m. by a Chrysler Town & Country minivan, according to Dearborn Police. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The female driver of the minivan fled but was caught a short time later by police. She and her male passenger were taken to an unnamed hospital with minor injuries. The woman’s identity was not released.

Police said a crash that landed two paramedics in the hospital triggered a series of events that led to a deadly motorcycle crash. Paramedics were treating a female dancer from Fantasy Plaza for an injury around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, according to Houston police. While she and the paramedics were in the ambulance on the North Freeway feeder road, a truck slammed into the back of the ambulance.

Authorities are investigating the death of a 21-year-old Dauphin County man who was ejected from his vehicle following a crash on Route 43 in Union Saturday. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Garrick Lackey of Middlestown. A spokesman said the fatal accident happened at 8:14 p.m. The man died at 9:35 p.m. at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
