Tatianna Brown, 43, was arrested Thursday morning in Louisville, Kentucky after driving her car into the side of a stopped train, causing three cars to derail. The incident occured just before 1:00 a.m. Thursday morning, October 16, at the intersection of Collins and Chamberlain lanes. Police who were already nearby extracted Brown from her vehicle before it dragged 200 yards into the rail yard. Brown was uninjured. She was arrested at the scene because she smelled of alcohol and her speech was slurred. Brown said she had drank, but could not remember how much.

A six-month-old infant died following a six hour period of being left in a car parked at the Intel facility on NE 25th Avenue in Hillsboro, Oregon. Initially, the infant was unresponsive, and taken to Tuality Community hospital where she was later pronounced dead. The cause of death is unknown as the child had been taken to the doctor earlier in the day, but possible child neglect is being investigated.

April Tasker, 21, was hit by a tractor-trailer and killed Wednesday as she attempted to walk across Interstate 10 in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. The incident occured around 3:00 a.m. when, leaving her vehicle parked on the shoulder near Highway 73, she walked towards the median. Tasker was hit by Wilhelm Salewski, 67, of Dayton, Texas, who was not believed to be impaired at the time of the crash and was not cited.

The crash on southbound I-280 in San Jose occurred at around 5:15 a.m. Wednesday when BMW spun out and then a truck carrying portable toilets struck it, as did several other vehicles. Luckily, the toilets on the truck were not carrying sewage at the time of the crash but did contain dozens of gallons of blue deodorizer that spilled. All reported injuries appeared to be minor.

 A 30-year-old woman riding on the back of a small bicycle trailer died Wednesday night after being hit by a van. The incident occured around 9:30 p.m. at 1000 SW 44 in southwest Oklahoma City on October 15, 2014. The woman died at the scene, and the man riding the bicycle was taken to the hospital with injuries.

A woman was hit by a falling tree at the Highland Dog Park on Mayfield Avenue in Northern Kentucky. The incident occured around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning, October 14. The woman was transported to St. Elizabeth-Fort Thomas hospital to treat injuries that were not life-threatening, and her dog is in the care of animal control. The identity of the woman and her condition have not yet been released.

Derek Skyler Brux is facing felony charges after stealing a train in protest of working conditions. Brux, a worker at Rail Link, took the train for a 13-mile joyride before rashing it into another train. He faces reckless endangerment and destruction of property charges. More information as it is released.

Two toddlers, ages 2 and 3, were in a bounce house on Sullivan Farm when a gust of wind blew it over. According to the property owners, the bounce house was obviously closed, and therefore the children were trespassing. However, other visitors claim that there was nothing signifying that the bounce house was closed, in which case the farm owners would be responsible for the children's injuries.

Gunnar Miller, 19, of Eagan, died Tuesday night following a skateboard crash in St. Paul, Minnesota. The accident occured around 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14 at Carroll and Prior avenue when Miller asked a driver at a stop sign if he could hold their car mirror to go "skitching", a slang term for holding on to a car while skate boarding down the road. Miller travelled a short distance when he fell and hit his head on the pavement. Miller was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Miller was taken to Regions Hospital with a severe head injury, where he later died.

A 48-year-old person, whose name has not been released, died in Pueblo, Colorado Monday after their truck hit a concrete embankment on a bridge, sending the truck 150 feet before falling into Fountain Creek. The driver of the truck was travelling at a high speed at the time of the accident and is believed to have suffered from a medical condition, possibly causing them to lose control of the vehicle. This accident occured on Monday, October 13, 2014.
