On the other hand, the law recognizes that real caution must be taken to keep anattractive nuisance from harming child trespassers. And what could be more attractive to a toddler than an empty bounce house?
Two toddlers, ages 2 and 3, were in a bounce house on Sullivan Farm when a gust of wind blew it over. According to the property owners, the bounce house was obviously closed, and therefore the children were trespassing. However, other visitors claim that there was nothing signifying that the bounce house was closed, in which case the farm owners would be responsible for the children's injuries.
