A two-vehicle crash Friday morning on the southeastern edge of Otsego has left one person dead.
A car spun out Friday morning on a snowy highway in Otsego, sending the driver into a deadly collision with an SUV heading the other way, authorities said.
The collision occurred shortly after 7:20 a.m. on Hwy. 37, about a half-mile west of Hwy. 101, according to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.
Killed was a 55-year-old woman from Otsego, the Sheriff’s Office said, adding that she was wearing a seat belt. Her identity has yet to be released.
One person is dead after a single vehicle accident in White Bear Lake overnight.
Just after midnight on Friday, police say a car rolled into the center median of northbound Highway 61 at Buffalo Street.
White Bear Lake Police and the Minnesota State Patrol responded and say the driver was dead at the scene.
The victim was later identified as Steven Buche 53, and cause of accident have not been released.
