20 headstones and 30 feet of fence were destroyed at the San Fernando Cemetery in West Side San Antonio, Texas Monday morning after a street racing crash. The incident occured on Castroville Road when a driver lost control, hit a curb, and went through the fence near South General McMullen Drive. The driver was taken to a hospital for treatment. The passenger left the scene on foot. Charges are forthcoming.

A street racing crash on Tuesday in Sunnyside killed one person and injured several others, police said. Two cars were apparently racing about 2 p.m. in the 9100 block of southbound Scott when one of the drivers lost control and struck a tree, authorities said. Police said one of the people in a Pontiac Grand Prix was thrown from the car and died. At least five others were taken to Ben Taub General Hospital and Memorial Hermann Hospital. Their conditions weren't known later Tuesday.

Two men are dead from a road rage incident, San Antonio police said Friday. Officers were called to the scene of the fatal car crash on San Pedro Avenue, just north of Basse Road, Friday around 2 p.m. A witness stated that the drivers of a silver Acura and a white Crown Victoria were racing at high speeds on San Pedro. The passenger in the Acura, who was hanging outside of the vehicle's window, was arguing with the driver of the Crown Victoria and at some point, fell out of the car near San Pedro and Avenue Del Rey.

A 17-year-old from the Woodlands is facing charges for a crash that sent two other teenagers to the hospital. Authorities say Tyler Schlegel was behind the wheel of a car illegally racing on Gosling Road when the cars hit each other and one crashed into a tree. According to investigators, while one teen was trapped inside and the other was searching for help, Schlegel took his car and parked it down the street. Police say when he was identified as a driver, he tried to run. He was quickly arrested.

Police are investigating after a drag race ends with three people in the hospital. According to Houston Police Department, a white pickup truck was racing someone down Interstate I-45 early Friday morning. Suddenly, the white pick up truck turned around and hit a Chevy Trailblazer parked on the side of the road. Officials said one person was in the truck and two people were in the Trailblazer. All three were all transported by ambulance to an area hospital. Police are now searching for the car that the pickup truck was racing.

A man is dead and a woman is injured after a street racing crash in east Fort Worth. The wreck happened just after 11:00 p.m. near the intersection of westbound Interstate-30 and Bridgewood Drive. According to police, the male driver of a vehicle was racing and somehow lost control of his car. His vehicle rolled and flipped over the guardrail, coming to a rest upside down. That driver was pronounced dead at the scene. A female passenger was partially ejected and taken to JPS Hospital in Fort Worth with serious injuries.
